Advantages:

Достаточно чисто, удобное расположение. Хозяйка приветливая, встретила и заселила.

Disadvantages:

Джакузи снаружи чистая, а вот внутри грязная. Если включить, то из нее летит мусор. Пользоваться такой конечно не хочется.
